The procedure for exporting (transferring) passwords is directly related to the settings of the browser used. In this case, we are considering Internet Explorer 9, because it does not have a built-in password export mechanism and, therefore, the task becomes more interesting.

Instructions
Step 1
Open the official website of the developer of the LastPass program and wait for the automatic detection of the browser being used to complete.
Step 2
Use special plug-ins of Internet browsers on the tabs at the top of the web resource window if automatic detection is not possible and specify Windows for manual selection.
Step 3
Download the required version of Lastpass and launch the browser to import the saved passwords into Internet Explorer.
Step 4
Complete the registration process on the site, specifying the details of the desired username and password, and mark the passwords to be exported to transfer the selected values to the program's online storage in encrypted form.
Step 5
Launch Internet Explorer and navigate to the newly created LastPass panel nestled in the top toolbar of the browser window.
Step 6
Expand the "Tools" link and select the "Export To" command specifying the Internet Explorer to use.
Step 7
Agree to export saved passwords in the LastPass application dialog that opens, and confirm the command in a new UAC (User Account Control) prompt window.
Step 8
Delete the used account of the LastPass application on the program website and confirm the clearing of the login and password data (if you do not want to continue using the program).

Click the Start button and navigate to Control Panel to perform a standard uninstall operation for the LastPass app.

Select Uninstall Programs and select LastPass from the list.

Click the "Remove the program" button and confirm the execution of the command in the system request window that opens.
