An IP address is a unique code that is possessed by almost every device on the network, including the computer itself. There are special programs that will allow the user to change or hide their IP address.
It is perhaps known that an IP address contains various kinds of information, which may even indicate the geographic location of a device on the network. It turns out that knowing only the IP address, you can find out where the person is. Changing the IP will allow you to change its geographic location.
Free Hide IP
There are many different software to change or hide this address. For example, personal computer users can use the Free Hide IP program. The free version of this software will allow you to change the standard IP only to American, but all other functions work the same as in the paid version of this product. The settings are no different from other programs. The user must specify the path and choose whether to install additional extensions (toolbars) for the program or not. As a result, you need to wait until the end of the installation process. After starting Free Hide IP, a small window will appear in which the valid IP address will be indicated. The user can select a new one using the Choose IP Country button. After selecting the country, you need to click Hide IP and the address will be replaced. This will increase anonymity when working on the Internet, and the user will also have access to most foreign sites.
TOR
Naturally, Free Hide IP is not the only software of its kind. There is a completely free TOR program that doesn't even require installation. After the program has been downloaded, you can safely launch it. It will automatically connect to the TOR network. To permanently change the IP address, you can click on the Change Identity button. To stop this process, you just need to click on the "Stop TOR" button.
KProxy
In addition to all of the above options, the user can use another interesting program - KProxy. It is worth noting that it only works with the Google Chrome browser. After starting this software, it will automatically connect to the proxy server, which means that the user can immediately surf the network anonymously (the IP address will be hidden). If you need to change the address, then you need to select the preferred proxy from the list and click on the Hide button.
It is of course much simpler and easier to work with the last two options as they do not require installation. It is enough to download these programs, for example, on removable media and use it to work on another computer with a hidden IP address.
