Credit history is one of the means of hedging banks against malicious defaulters, as well as information about the borrower's solvency and diligence, i.e. this is your financial biography. You may not be able to remember the name of the bank where you took out a loan nine years ago, or how you were late with a payment one day, but your credit history "remembers" almost everything. Therefore, banks regularly seek information on a particular borrower. There are many organizations that store credit histories, and they are called the Bureau of Credit Histories. The Bureau of Credit Histories (BCI) are legal entities that are registered and controlled by the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia. In order to find out in which of them your credit history is stored, you need to contact the Central Catalog of Credit Histories (CCCI). According to the site Kredity.ru, it is impossible to fully find out your credit history via the Internet. On the Internet, it is offered for a fee (from 600 to 1000 rubles) to find out the history of your loans, but you should not trust them, if only because this information is not stored in the public domain. In addition, everyone has the right to get to know her once a year free of charge. According to the website of the Bank of Russia, you can find out about the bureaus where your credit histories are stored via the Internet. To do this, you will need the code of the subject of the credit history, drawn up at the conclusion of the loan agreement.
It is necessary
- credit history subject code,
- passport data (series, number, date of issue) or other identity document.
Instructions
Step 1
Send a request to the Central Directory of Credit Histories:
If you know your own code, you can fill out the form on the Bank of Russia website. You will need to indicate the e-mail address to which the reply from the CCCI will be sent, and your individual code of the subject of the credit history. If you do not know the code, then it does not exist, and you can create it by contacting any credit organization (bank) or credit bureau (see the register of the Credit Bureau on the Bank of Russia website). The request is submitted personally or by a representative of the subject of the credit history. To do this, you will need a passport (or another identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation). For a representative - the document specified above and a drawn up document confirming the availability of the appropriate powers (power of attorney, minutes of the general meeting of the founders of the legal entity, etc.) In principle, you do not need to create a code, as reported by Kredity.ru, you can contact any bank with an application for a list of credit bureaus, where your credit history is formed. The cost of this service at the bank will be from 300 to 500 rubles.
Step 2
Apply to a specific CHB to obtain a credit history (once a year - free of charge, unlimited number of times for a fee).
This can be done during a personal visit by providing a copy of your passport, or by sending a notarized application by mail to Russia, or by filling out an application on the website of the credit bureau, and within 1-10 days you are required to provide your credit history. Thus, over the Internet, you can interact with the CCCI or BCH, sending requests for the necessary information, but it is impossible to get a credit history directly over the Internet. You need to come for it personally, you can send a trusted person, or receive it by mail.
