He can get this information if he enters the license plate of his car or the output of the driver's license in the special fields. In this case, the car must be registered to him, and the rights must be written out in his name.

Instructions
Step 1
Go to the portal of public services and log in to your personal account. The login to enter is your pension insurance certificate number, and you come up with the password yourself when registering. If you do not have an account on the portal, get one. This procedure is free and easy.
Step 2
After authorization, select the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation among the public service providers, and from the list of offered opportunities - the option "Learn about the accrued fines".
Step 3
On the page that opens, you will see forms for entering the data of the license plate of the car or the number and series of the driver's license. Using the first option, you will receive information about all fines issued for a specific car. The second will show the fines issued for all vehicles registered to the driver's license holder.
