Step 1
In order to get the information you need, connect to the Internet and open the page of the portal of state and municipal services. Register or log in to the website at: esia.gosuslugi.ru/idp/Authn/CommonLogin#. To register, fill out the form, indicating all the necessary information about yourself (last name, first name, patronymic, pension certificate number, TIN, and so on).
Step 2
After entering your personal account, navigate the available services using the menu. Select the item "Electronic services" and the sub-item "Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia". When the page refreshes, click on the Check for Issued Penalties icon. You will see two fields in which you can enter data.
Step 3
In the event that you need to find out the debt on fines for a specific vehicle, use the first field - check by license plate (do not forget to indicate the region code). If you need to get information on all cars registered in your name, use the second field - "Driver's license number".
Step 4
After entering the required data, click on the "Check" button. The information available in the system will be displayed on the screen. If not a single fine in your name or on your car is found, the system will notify you that no information about administrative offenses has been found.
Step 5
The work of other information portals is also based on the described principle. So, for example, on the website www.moishtrafi.ru in order to find out the debt on fines, you need to enter the requested data in the available fields and pay for the service. Information can be searched both by the number of the issued resolution, and by the number of the driver's license. The payment can be made from your mobile phone.
