Find out which company provides you with access services. If you do not know this, then look in the Internet connection agreement that you entered into with the provider's representative.
Step 2
Call the customer support service. The phone number of the service can be found in the agreement in the "Contacts" section or on the Internet, on the provider's website. When talking, be ready to tell the number of your contract.
Step 3
You can find out the amount of debt in another way. Go to the "Personal Account" on the provider's website, specifying your username and password. If you do not remember them, then try to find them in the connection agreement.
