Step 1

If your computer is connected to the Internet via ADSL, first set up the modem. Install this device in the apartment, connect it to the mains. Connect the modem to the telephone line through a splitter.

Step 2

Connect the modem to the computer's network adapter using a network cable. Open the web interface of the ADSL modem settings and configure the Internet connection.

Step 3

Connect the second NIC of this computer to the network hub. Connect other computers to the hub as well.

Step 4

Open the network connection settings on the host computer connected to the modem. Open the TCP / IPv4 properties. Select Use the following IP address.

Step 5

Give this network adapter a static IP address of 132.132.132.1.

Step 6

Open a similar settings menu on any other computer. Given the value of the IP address of the server computer, enter the following parameters: - IP address 132.132.132.2

- The main gateway 132.132.132.1

- Preferred DNS Server 132.132.132.1

- Leave the subnet mask as default.

Step 7

Configure the rest of the computers in the same way. Change the last digit of the IP address each time.

Step 8

Go back to the first computer settings. Open the list of network connections. Go to internet connection properties. Open the Access menu. Allow all computers on the LAN formed by the hub to use this Internet connection.

Reconnect to the internet. Make sure that the rest of the computers have access to the World Wide Web.
