No internet connection. The Google Chrome browser may not open if there is no network connection. Check if everything is connected correctly, if you have access to the Internet. If there is no connection, fix this issue, try turning on the browser again.

Because the browser is very dirty and the history is full. It is not difficult to fix it. Open your Google Chrome, clear all history, including cookies. After that, restart your computer, try again to open some page in the browser. If the program does not open at all, or the system displays messages such as “the program has stopped working,” then download the CCleaner cleaning utility, which will clean your system of “dead” and “lagging” files. After cleaning, the system needs to be rebooted.

Due to viruses. It is not uncommon for Google Chrome to not open at all due to viruses and malware. Download the antivirus through another browser, if you do not already have one, install, update and check the entire computer for viruses. If any were found, delete them. Restart the system, try opening Google Chrome. If none of the above helps, then there is only one option: uninstall the browser and reinstall it. To do this, go to the "Control Panel", item "Remove Programs".
