You have written an article and are not going to use it for commercial purposes. But you don't want to pay for its placement on the Internet either. Then it can be placed in a forum, wiki project, on your own or someone else's site, as well as on special text hosting.
Instructions
Step 1
Before posting an article on the Internet (scientifically - to bring it to the public), make sure that it is completely free of plagiarism. This applies not only to the text, but to all illustrations without exception.
Step 2
If you are registered in a forum, the subject of which is close to the content of your article, first agree with the administration of the resource, using personal messages, the possibility of posting messages with large text in one of the headings. Once approved, create a post with the article text. Resize the illustrations so that they are no more than 500 pixels wide. Post them on photo hosting sites. To insert an image, use the following construction:
Step 3
To create a new article in a suitable wiki project, enter the following text into the address bar: https://server.domain/wiki/article_name An error message will be displayed stating that an article with that name has not yet been created. Follow the link intended to create an article (the name of such a link depends on the type of content management system). Enter text, making sure to place blank lines between paragraphs. If you want to illustrate an article, register in the wiki project, log in with a username and password, download all the illustrations, choosing the desired free license for them, and then place them in the text using the following construction: [File: Imagename.jpg
Step 4
To post an article on someone else's site, send it to the owner of the resource with a request for placement. Please agree on the format in which the text and illustrations are to be sent.
Step 5
Not finding a forum, a wiki project, or someone else's site of a suitable topic, either create your own wiki project on the Wikia resource, or use the services of any free hosting (Google Sites, Ucoz, "People", etc.), for which register on German Place a link to the article in the index.html file: Here is my article on such and such a subject In the HTML file with the article itself, place the illustrations as follows: Place the files with illustrations in the same folder as the HTML file.
Step 6
An article without illustrations can be placed on the so-called text hosting. It is not recommended to use the Pastebin service for this - there, as new texts are posted, old ones are deleted, so after a few weeks the article may need to be posted again, and its address will change. The Free Text Hosting resource is much more convenient. Place the text of the article in the input field, specify the captcha decryption, and, if desired, the password for editing. Leave the rest of the fields blank and click the Host my text button. After reloading the page, save the link to your text. Now, using it, you can read the article from any computer connected to the Internet.
