Avito.ru is an online platform for posting free classifieds. There are many categories available to users, including posting vacancies in order to find employees suitable for a particular job specialty.
Free posting of vacancies on Avito was available until August 18, 2015, after which the corresponding service became paid. The cost of one vacancy announcement ranges from 99 to 319 rubles, depending on the region in which the publication is posted. The term of the publication on the site is 30 days.
To be able to post ads, you must register on the website avito.ru. In the upper right corner of the main page, click on the "Login and registration" link, and then again select "Registration" in the central part of the screen. Fill in the fields provided by choosing an individual or organization as a user, specifying a name, a valid email address and a mobile phone number. Next, come up with a password to enter your personal account and click "Register".
Confirm the previously mentioned phone number and email. An SMS message with a code will be sent to the corresponding number, which must be entered in a special field. Also, a letter will be sent to the e-mail address with a link to which you need to go. After that, the account will be considered officially registered.
In your personal account, select the "Post an ad" option. Make sure the data in the "Contact information" field is correct and edit them if necessary. Select a category for the offer you are posting. In this case, it will be "Work". Here, indicate the appropriate subcategory - "Vacancies (search for employees)" and then select the field of activity from the list of professional areas provided.
Enter a title for the vacancy and fill in its description, as well as indicate a suitable work schedule. The site administration recommends setting out in detail the requirements for the vacancy, the responsibilities of the future employee and the working conditions. It is important to post information in compliance with the norms of the Russian language and Russian legislation, otherwise it may be rejected or removed from publication.
Please indicate what experience is required for the proposed job. Optionally supplement the vacancy with the expected wage as an integer. The site also allows you to add a company logo and mark the place of work on the city map. After that, you need to choose the method of payment for the ad - for a one-time or batch placement and click on the "Continue" button. The system will offer to choose additional options for placing and promoting the publication. After payment, the ad will be sent for moderation (verification). Within a day, it will become available on the site for everyone.
