Step 1
In order to pay for water via the Internet, you need to contact the IS IS (ZhEK), to which your house is attached. The list of addresses of the GU IS can be found on the website of the Center for Coordination of the GU IS - www.gu-is.ru - in the "Addresses" section. In the district GU IS, you must sign the "Consent to the processing of personal data", and then receive the codes for Internet access to the management of the financial and personal account (accounting card).
Step 2
The issued document will contain the following data for the payer: individual user number, password and personal account number (account cards and payer's code), as well as instructions for entering your personal account. With this data, you can get access to payment for water via the Internet.
Step 3
Going to the website of the GU IS Coordination Center www.gu-is.ru, it is necessary to select the "Personal Account" parameter. To enter it, you need to enter your username and password, and also select a district from the list, then click on the "Continue" button. In your personal account, you must fill in the indicators "Hot water" and "Cold water" (two windows at the top - red and blue). It is recommended to enter readings for water from the 20th day of the current month to the first day of the next month.
Step 4
After filling in the readings, you must click the "Save" button in the "Financial personal account" section, then "Get the EAP" and check the data. To view and print the EPD, you need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. The ENP can be paid via the Internet or printed and paid at the points of payment acceptance.
Step 5
On the Internet, you can pay for the ENP in the following ways: by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), using the Qiwi-wallet and Yandex-money payment systems. To pay, you need to go to the "Payment for the ENP" section and enter the payer's code (specified in the ENP) and the current period for which payment will be made, then select the payment method and tick the box on accepting the terms of the agreement on the provision of the remote payment service for the ENP.
Step 6
Following the further instructions, you need to enter personal data on payment manipulations (payment passwords) and track the accrual of money.
