Subscribers of some providers are faced with situations when access to web pages on large resources is blocked under the pretext of having extremist materials on them, although in reality there is nothing of the kind on these pages. The provider is obliged by law to prevent users from accessing such materials, but he can negligently fulfill this obligation and block entire second-level domains instead of separate pages.
