From time to time we have to send various files by mail. These can be both documents and photographs, and it is not always convenient to download and send them by selecting one file at a time. A fair question arises: how to send the entire folder at once?
Instructions
Step 1
No email service offers users the ability to send files in entire folders, and yet you can do so with a simple hint: If you can email files, it makes sense to turn the folder into a single file and send it. And in order to make a file from a folder, you need to convert the folder into an archive. The archive itself is a folder, only such folders can be opened using special archiving programs. Such programs must certainly be installed on the computer, because they are necessary in daily work.
Step 2
So, right-click on the folder you want to send and select 7Zip - Add to archive or Add to archive. If you did not find such items, then the archiver is not installed on your computer. Download one of the archivers on the developers' sites at the addresses: www.winzip.com or www.win-rar.ru. Install the program on your computer, and again try to right-click on the folder and find the item "Add to archive" or 7Zip - Add to archive. After selecting the item that appears, a window will open in front of you, in which you need to specify the location on the computer where you will save the folder packed into the archive. Once selected, press OK. Your send folder is ready! Now it can be sent by mail as a regular file!
