Step 1
When registering, each new member receives a UIN - a nine-digit number permanently assigned to the user and a personal card that will store useful information about the UIN owner. Step 2
Go to the website https://www.icq.com/ru. In the upper right corner there is an inscription 'Registration in ICQ' - click and you will see the form that you need to fill out. In the fields 'Name' and 'Surname' enter real data, indicate your email address, gender and date of birth, enter the desired password twice to avoid mistakes and enter the characters from the picture to pass protection from robots. After clicking the "Register" button, you will see a message about successful completion of the account creation
Step 3
The next step is to verify your account. Open your e-mail box and find a letter from the addressee of ICQ Support. Follow the link specified in the letter - this will open a page with a message about the successful completion of registration and an offer to download the client. This is where this stage ends.
Step 4
Finally, ICQ client installation is required. On the page opened by the link from the letter, there is a small "Download now" link - you need to follow it. Click on the "Download ICQ 7.6" button - and the download of the latest version of the client will begin.
