For page-by-page viewing of the pages of the site, use the cache of the Google search engine. To do this, copy the link to the blocked site and paste it into the search bar. After that, place it in the found results and click on the "Saved copy" link.

You can also use the service of anonymizers. Anonymizers are sites that are "mirror" for those addresses that you want to view. You can find them through the search engine using the query "anonymizer" or "glype proxy". Go to the site and look for a line on it to enter the web address you are interested in. Most anonymizers support functions such as encrypting the page address, titles, and deleting temporary files. This minimizes the risk of the system administrator discovering your activity on the Internet.
Step 3
Use the Opera mini browser. The advantage over other methods of opening prohibited sites is the opera.com proxy server, which is usually not blocked, as it is associated with the Opera browser. In order to launch the Opera mini browser, you need a java emulator. Install it, then launch your browser and view those sites that were previously blocked.
