After a web designer creates and places a site on a hosting, many owners of such sites are confused by the question - how to add something of their own there? Indeed, not all site owners have HTML programming skills, but sooner or later any of them will need to change something on their site, add information or insert pictures. This site header installation guide is based on the standard Ucoz template, everything that applies to it is 95 percent of the time applicable to any other site.

Instructions
Step 1
Before creating the header, create a picture for the header of the site, which will depend only on your imagination. You need to upload a picture for your header to the hosting, when uploading, do not forget that the name must be in English or you must select a 1.jpg
Step 2
Right click on your site page in the Ucoz system. Select "General", then "Control Panel". Enter password. After confirming the correct password, go to the "Design" - "Template Management" section.
Step 3
Find the global block "Top of the site", find the downloaded file called 1.jpg. If you don't find it, head to Control Panel - Design Management - CSS Stylesheet. Here you will find your lost 1.jpg
Step 4
After you find the file you are looking for, find a link to the file that is installed as standard on your site. Replace the link to this standard file with the link to your file (in this case, 1.jpg). Reload the page and enjoy the new header of your site!
Step 5
By the same principle, you can replace any site background, blocks, or the entire design style. Remember! You only need to change the link, remembering to keep the quotes. If for some reason your phone number and e-mail number have changed, you just need to update the information in your "Personal Account".
Step 6
To do this, go to your "Personal Account" using your registered username and password. Then select the section titled "Settings". Enter your new email address and phone number. Enter your current password and click the "Save" button.
