You want to tell your friend your email address so he can write to you, but you find that you can't because you don't know your own address. Rarely enough, but it does happen. There are several ways to define your own e-mail address.

Step 1
Think about what data you usually use to log into your email inbox. First, you will interfere in the address building of the browser URL of the server, then when the site is loaded, enter the login and password in the form. It is clear that the password is not included in the address, but the login usually coincides with the username, and the URL (of course, without "www") - with the domain. For example, if you are registered on the server mybigmailbox.com as tinyuserlikeothers, then your email address is [email protected]
Test your guess by sending any message to an address defined this way. If it comes back to you, then you have defined it correctly.
Step 2
Some servers offer, in addition to the username and password, to select one of several domains when logging in. Which one you are used to choosing, this is where your mailbox is located.
Step 3
Some users are accustomed to working with their mailbox only through a special program, and not through the web interface. If the program is configured in such a way that the login is carried out automatically, such users often forget not only the password, but also the login and domain. You can find out the last two parameters by going into the settings of such a program (how exactly depends on which program is used). They are in the accounts section.
Step 4
On some servers, during registration, you can, if desired, get a username (included in the contact address), which does not match the login. In this case, you can find out your address by going to the Sent Items folder and opening any of the messages. Your address, or at least your username (depending on the server), will most likely end up in the "From" column.
Step 5
If this column does not show either the entire address or the username, but only the nickname (it happens on some servers), you will have to determine your email address in an indirect way. Send a message to a friend whose mailbox address you know, and then ask him to tell you from which address it came.
You can also register yourself another account on another server, this time carefully writing down the address given to you. Send a message to it from the old mailbox, the address of which you want to know. When it arrives in a new mailbox, you will immediately find out its address.
