Sometimes you need to insert a picture on a website, blog or forum web page. The goals can be different: to attract attention, to demonstrate any products, or to create a beautiful image.

Step 1
If you have a website, then it is not difficult to insert an image into a web page. Go to your site folder via ftp. Upload the image you want to insert into the web page. Image file name should be in Latin alphabet. For example, img1.jpg
Step 2
If you are blogging on such popular CMS as WordPress, etc., then use the editor interface to insert a picture into a post. Select an image file from your computer, upload it, save the entry - and the image will appear in the post. Or switch the editor to HTML view and do everything as described in "Step 1".
Step 3
The post editors in such services of the blogosphere as LiveJournal, LiveInternet, etc. have functionality similar to that described in Step 2. That is, you can insert an image both from a regular editor and in HTML form. On the forums, in addition to visual post editors, BB codes are additionally used to insert images. Any forum has a detailed description of how to use them. Typically, inserting an image using BB-code looks like this: ; Well, you can make the image beautiful and shiny in raster graphics editors such as Photoshop or GIMP.
