Sometimes, with a working Internet access, only a certain site or even a separate page on it does not open. The measures to be taken in this case depend on the reason for the unavailability of the page.

Step 1
If you enter the full page address manually, for example, after seeing a link in a printed publication, check that you have typed all the characters correctly. Even a typo in just one of them will make it impossible to load the document. Don't confuse an uppercase O with a zero, a lowercase l (L) with an uppercase I (i), etc. It is also possible that in the address that you read, there is initially a typo or the link is old, and the document has been moved. In this case, go to the home page of the site and try to find the page in one of its sections.
Step 2
If it is not possible to follow the link from one page to another located on the same site, this means that the address of the second document is specified incorrectly. Also, the owner of the resource could have moved the page and then forgot to change the link to it. Find on the site in the "Contacts" section the coordinates of the owner of the resource and inform him about the error.
Step 3
If the page does not display correctly, the reason may be its incompatibility with the browser you are using. Try to open it with other browsers available on your computer.
Step 4
Even if the page is displayed correctly, some of its elements may not work. If this happens, check if the Java, Flash, Silverlight plugins (in Linux - Moonlight) are installed on the computer, and JavaScript is enabled in the browser. Install the required plugin or reconfigure your browser.
Step 5
If you find that when you try to open a document, a notification about the presence of extremist materials is shown instead, immediately leave the page. If such a notification is displayed when you try to open any page of the site, not just a specific one, your provider uses an outdated hardware and software system that blocks domain names rather than full URLs. Report this to the company's support service. If the upgrade does not follow, and you need to view the rest of the pages on the site, for example, for work, it is recommended to change the provider.
