Step 1
Perhaps it is best to refer to the original source, on the website www.icq.com where you should click the "Run" button next to the inscription WEB-ICQ. A new ICQ client window will open, where you need to enter your UIN (ICQ number) and password, and then click the "Login" button. A full-fledged ICQ client will launch and you can start chatting

If for some reason you could not enter ICQ on the official website, you can use alternative services, where, in addition to ICQ, you will be offered communication in other networks. Go to address www.imo.im, click on the ICQ icon, enter your account UIN and password and click the Sign in button
Step 3
Similarly, you can enter ICQ on sites www.communicationtube.net and www.meebo.com. To launch your ICQ account on Meebo.com you will need to click on the Sign on to individual accounts link and then enter your UIN and password.
