Step 1
To restore your email login, you need the help of friends and acquaintances. While using your e-mail box, you could exchange messages and files with them. All you need to do is find one of the messages that you sent them and extract the login from it. You can also analyze your social media posting history. If there is a search by messages, enter the domain of your mail in the search line, for example, mail.ru. After finding out your email login, proceed to the next step.
Step 2
Go to your email site. Next to the login and password input field there will be a button for restoring access to the mailbox. When restoring access to the mailbox located on the mail.ru website, this is the "Forgot?" Button. Click on it, after which you will be redirected to the password recovery page.
Step 3
Enter your username and select the domain on which your mailbox was registered. On the next page you will be asked to enter the answer to the security question specified for registration. If you remember this answer, enter it in the appropriate field, after which you will be prompted to change your password to a new one. Otherwise, contact the technical support service by clicking on the corresponding link.
Step 4
Fill out the password recovery form, paying special attention to all fields marked with a red asterisk. In addition, be sure to fill in the additional information field, as well as the address of a working mailbox to which you can write. Support will contact you later. To recover your password, provide all the information requested, carefully following all the instructions that come.
Step 5
Having restored the password for accessing the e-mail box, enter the mail using the username and password obtained as a result of the previous steps.
