Most mailboxes have a size limit for outgoing and incoming mail. The maximum letter size varies from ten to thirty megabytes. You can use another method to send a larger file.
Instructions
Step 1
Use file hosting services. Such resources are ideal for storing files of any size online. Some of them allow you to set a password that will prevent third parties from downloading the file.
Step 2
Prepare the files to be sent for uploading to the file hosting service by zipping them. To do this, select the required files and click on any of them with the right mouse button. Select "Add to Archive" from the drop-down menu. After that, the archiver menu will open in front of you. Choose the maximum compression method, and set a password and encryption of file names (if necessary). Choose a password that is as complex as possible, this will maximize the protection of the archive from being opened by unauthorized persons. After that, click on the "OK" button and wait for the archiving process to complete.
Step 3
Go to the main page of the site ifolder.ru (or any similar one), then in the menu responsible for downloading the file, click on the link "Upload file". Select the created archive and click on the "Download" button. Watch the loading indicator and do not close the tab with this operation until the message appears on the page that the download was completed successfully. You will then be able to set an additional download password. Create it, then copy the complete download link and send it in the body of the email.
Step 4
To send a large, non-private video file, you can use online video viewing services. The most popular is youtube.com. To upload the file, you will need to register, and in addition to the option to create a new account, you can also use a valid gmail account. Follow the steps required to register and upload the video to the service. Copy the link to view it and paste it into the body of the letter, and then send it to the addressee.
