Step 1
Remember how you installed additional themes for the Vkontakte website. Perhaps if you are using the Mozilla Firefox browser, it was the Stylish add-on. Then, to return the default theme, you need to delete it completely. To do this, go to the "Tools" menu, select the "Settings" item, then select the "Add-ons" item, find the Stylish command in the list, click on it once, the "Disable", "Delete" buttons will appear. Select the required one and press OK. After that, update the Vkontakte website and check that the theme has changed.

If you are using Internet Explorer, to return to the default theme go to the Tools menu, select Internet options, then go to the General tab. There, select the "Accesibility" option and uncheck the "Format documents using my style sheet" command. Then click the Apply button and close the menu. Go to the VKontakte website and make sure that the standard theme is back.
Step 3
In the Opera browser, go to the "View" menu, select the "Site settings" item and uncheck the "Disable form styling" checkbox. Also remove the path to the style files (css), which contains the settings of the previously selected theme. Click OK, update the Vkontakte website.
Step 4
If the theme has not changed, go to the Opera program, go to the Vkontakte website, right-click anywhere on the site and select the "Site settings" section. There select the "View" tab and uncheck all the boxes.
