Blinking ads on websites grab the attention of site visitors more than static, stationary ads. But there are times when constant blinking or changing colors begins to irritate the eyes. Moreover, some of these advertisements are accompanied by sound and may start playing when you open the site at the most inopportune moment. That is why sometimes there is a desire to block flash ads.
Necessary

- - access to the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are using Firefox browser:
Go to the "Tools" section in the main browser menu and select the "Add-ons" item. In the window that opens, go to the "Extensions" tab and find the Flashblock program in the list of additional programs. If there are a lot of programs in the list and you cannot quickly find the one you need, use the "Search add-ons" tab. When the Flashblock program is found, then click the "Disable" button in the control bar of this program. After that, be sure to restart your browser.
If in the future you want the flash ad to be visible in the browser, then you need to do the same, but in the Flashblock program control line, click the "Enable" button.
Step 2
If you are using Internet Explorer:
In the main browser menu, go to the "Tools" section and select "Internet Options". In the window that opens, go to the "Advanced" tab. Then, in the list of options, find the Multimedia group of options and uncheck the Enable Animation on Web Pages option. Save the changes you made by clicking on the "OK" button at the bottom of the "Advanced" tab. Don't forget to restart your browser after that.
If in the future you want the flash ad to be visible in the browser, then the checkbox for the "Enable animation on web pages" option must be checked again.
Step 3
If you are using the Opera browser:
In the main browser menu, select the "Settings" section, and then the "General settings" item. Open the "Advanced" tab. Then, in the list of advanced settings, go to the "Content" settings group and uncheck the "Enable plugins" setting. Save the changes you made by clicking on the "OK" button at the bottom of the "Advanced" tab. After that, you need to restart the browser.
If in the future you want the flash advertisement to be visible in the browser, then you need to do the same, but to set the "Enable plugins" you need to check the box.
