Step 1
Option one: if you need to send files through any of the online mail services. After writing the accompanying text of the message, find the link to attach files to the letter, click it, then, in the dialog that opens, find the file you need on your computer. If you need to attach more than one file, all mail services have this option. But it is still more convenient to pack the files into an archive before sending them - in this form they will be uploaded faster to the postal service server upon sending, and then faster downloaded from this server by your addressee upon receipt. Option two: if you have an appropriate program (mail client) on your computer. In this case, it is even easier - after writing the accompanying text, simply drag and drop the files to be sent onto the letter you compose, save it and click the Send button of the mail program. And in this version, the files will be uploaded to the server, then uploaded from it by the recipient, so for the same reasons it is better to pack all the files into one archive.

Option three: if you and the recipient of the file have some kind of Internet messenger. Many programs for online communication have file transfer functions. Different programs implement this option in different ways, for example, ICQ files are transferred directly from your computer to the recipient's computer. This means that both your and his ICQ client must be online to transfer files and the recipient must be at the computer to press the button to allow receiving the transferred file. And in the QIP messenger it is not necessary - when you send a file to someone, it is transferred to the file storage, and you are given a link to it. You can send this link to the addressee (and more than one) both online and offline.

Option four: if you need to send files to many recipients. Of course, in this case, you can use one of the methods described above. But if there are a lot of addressees, and the files do not take up a small amount, then the whole procedure can take a lot of time and a lot of traffic.
