Most modern web resources are full of various kinds of graphics, for example, banners. Most often, they are ad units, the placement of which can bring some profit. That is why one of the most pressing problems of webmasters is the installation of banners on the sites of various engines, in particular the Ucoz system.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to place an advertising banner on a site located in the CMS Ucoz, first enter the administrator department of your resource by entering your account details in the login form. After that, go to the site's control panel. In this panel, find a section called "File Manager" and open it. Then work on the banner itself. Upload a graphic image of the future ad unit, either to the hosting of the Ucoz system itself, or to any photo hosting. Copy and paste the resulting link to the downloaded file into the window of any text editor.
Step 2
After manipulating the banner, return to the home page of your site. When logged in as an administrator, a panel will appear at the top. Find the "Constructor" button on it and click. After that, in the window that opens, click on the "Create block" button. A module will appear, which you must move to any part of your web resource and pin. Do not forget to open the properties of this object and give it a name (for example, "Advertising"). This name will be displayed on the site, so be careful when entering. Then go to the settings section of the newly created ad unit.
Step 3
In the settings panel, select the HTML option. In the window that opens, you will see a text box. In the event that it is filled with any code, erase it. After that, go to the website of the affiliate program that provided you with the banner and copy its html code. Then paste the copied text into the field of the module created in the "Constructor". If the banner is interesting to you not in terms of profit, but in terms of increasing traffic (the so-called mechanism for exchanging banners between sites), then insert the following text into the module:
