Step 1
Let's consider the mechanism of blocking users on the example of the Odnoklassniki website (This algorithm is suitable for most social networks). This social network, like the Vkontakte network, has a convenient blacklist function. If you are bothered by an annoying accomplice, if you do not want to receive messages from him and communicate with him, add the user to the black list, and you will no longer see his messages, spam, advertisements and the like.
The user whom you have added to the blacklist not only does not have the ability to write messages to you - he cannot visit your page, leave comments, and generally display any activity on your account.
Step 2
Suppose you received a message from an unwanted user that you want to block. Open the "Messages" section and find the message sent by the desired user. Mark the user next to the text of the message with a checkmark and click the "Block" button.
Now confirm the blocking - the user will be in the black list, where you can go at any time and add new users, or, on the contrary, unblock the existing ones. To remove a person from the blacklist, just click next to his icon in this "Remove" section.
Step 3
Also, in addition to social networks, you may want to block the interlocutor in the instant messaging system. Let's consider blocking using the example of the popular Google Talk messenger (This algorithm is suitable for most messengers).
In the list of your Google Talk contacts, select the desired user, click on their username and click "Remove Name". A window will open in which you need to select a further action. Check the box “read your messages and contact you in other ways. To unblock the interlocutor, go to the settings of the contact list, open the list of blocked users and unblock the desired name.
