Each person has their own way of creating passwords and encryption, which is based on their personality, mindset, life experience, and other factors. Everything that a person saw or heard is recorded on the biocomputer of the brain - in the subconscious. There are two ways to remember the answer: logical (conscious) and unconscious (from the subconscious).
Instructions
Step 1
To find the answer to your security question in a logical way, try to recreate the password in the most typical way for you. At the same time, at the time of its creation, all thoughts and associations that come to mind should be analyzed. For example, most people use memorable dates (birthdays, etc.), animal names, postcode or mobile phone numbers, etc. when creating passwords.
Step 2
The conclusion suggests itself: all the answers are usually associated with some strong images / associations in a person's life, and there are not so many of them. Try writing down the possible answers that come to mind on a piece of paper. Highlight the most probable ones or cross out the least probable ones (elimination method). After analyzing the entire list, you will be able to choose a method of creating a password that is typical for you. Thus, the required answer can be found.
Step 3
Another way is to find information in the subconscious. To do this, concentrate on the question and address your subconscious mind like this: "I do not remember the answer to such and such a question (clearly formulate the essence), handle it!" Then just watch your thoughts, guesses, images, dreams.
Step 4
It so happens that the answer comes almost immediately, within a few minutes. The answer may appear even after a few hours or days, the next morning when you wake up, or at some unexpected moment. All this is individual, the result depends on the level of your development and abilities that can be developed. If this is difficult for you, just think before bed about what you want to remember. In the morning, you will definitely remember this.
Step 5
If this did not work out and you forgot the answer to the secret question and password, then you can write to the support service. You will need to answer a few questions by filling out a web-based contact form. For example, such data: surname, name, patronymic; cell phone number; your secondary email address; date of registration and last entry; what browser did you use; from what IP was the registration, etc. The more data you can remember, the more chances you have to access your mail.
