You enter your username and password in the authorization field on your e-mail, but it turns out that the data is incorrect. The e-mail system invites you to use the password recovery services. To do this, you need to answer the special questions that you entered when registering in the system.

Passphrase is a question you have chosen from the list suggested by the site administration. It is assumed that this question is directly related to you, and you will not forget the answer. For example, this is your mother's maiden name by their pet's nickname. Sometimes users mindlessly answer such a question, inventing an answer “out of their heads” that is not similar to reality. Of course, when registering in the e-mail system, few people think about the possibility of hacking the mailbox or losing the password. But what if you forgot your password and don't know the answer to the passphrase?
Step 3
Fortunately, the administration of e-mail provides a multi-layered system of protection against hacking of mail addresses, as well as the ability to gain access to information for forgetful mailbox owners. The mailbox security system has the ability to "bind" an e-mail to a mobile phone number. Enter the number specified during registration in the special field in the password recovery window. If the numbers match, your phone will immediately receive a system SMS message with a new password. Enter the specified characters in the authorization field, and the mailbox will be available to you again.
Step 4
If you don't even have the ability to recover your password using your mobile phone, you will have to go through a complex system of verifying your identity. The e-mail administration has the right to request from you all the information that you entered during registration - name, date of birth, city of residence, etc. You will also have to indicate the date of the last visit to the mailbox under your password (at least an approximate date) and, possibly, name your main interlocutors. Verification of such information may take several days, but if you have correctly confirmed all your personal information, you will have access to the mailbox.
