The social network "My World" offers to place your favorite musical compositions on its pages. The song you like, found in "My World", can be transferred to your page. But sometimes there is a desire to listen to music not online, but to download it to a computer in order to transfer it, for example, to a USB flash drive.
There is no direct way to download music files to a computer on the My World website. And yet, it is quite possible to download music from there to your computer's hard drive, even without using any additional programs.

Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the display of hidden files and folders on your computer. To do this, click Start → Control Panel. Find "Folder Options" and the "View" tab. Check the option "Show hidden files and folders" and click OK.
Step 2
Open your Internet browser and through the settings delete all temporary Internet files stored in the browser cache.
Go to the page of the social network "My World" with music. Select the song you want to record on your computer. You don't have to click on Play, just wait until the download bar is full. It is advisable to remember the exact time when the file was downloaded to the computer's hard drive.
Step 3
Go to the cache memory of your internet browser. If you are using Windows Internet Explorer, select the Temporary Internet Files folder. To view temporary internet files, select Internet Options → General → Browsing History → Options. In the window that opens, click the "Show files" selection button.
If using the Mozilla Firefox browser, find the folder
C: / Users / USERNAME / AppData / Local / Mozilla / Firefox / Profiles / xxxxx.default. Numeric and alphabetic values can be different, but there will be one Default folder, select it.
If the Opera browser is used, then the path to the cache folder will be like this -
C: / Documents and Settings / USER NAME / Local Settings / Application Data / Opera / Opera / cache / sesn / - for Windows XP;
C: / Users / USERNAME / AppData / Local / Opera / Opera / cache / sesn / - for Windows 7
Step 4
Find the file you want in the browser cache. Check all the files that are in the cache folder. Pay attention to the time when the file was downloaded. You can also pay attention to the size of the files in the cache - choose the largest file. Now copy the selected file to the folder you want. Rename it, put a full stop after the name and add the mp3 extension. Everything is ready, now the music file is located in the folder of your choice.
