It turns out that you don't need to know web programming in general to embed your video on a website. To add a file in flv format, it is enough to know the basics of site building, which you can learn from this material.

Step 1
The easiest way is to post a video on someone else's site. Multimedia content will play if you provide an active link to this file. The easiest way will be to use a special service for downloading such files, the link to which is indicated in the "Additional Sources" section (at the bottom of the page).
Step 2
Quite lightweight videos are obtained if they are converted to flv format. To do this, use the program Xlisoft Video Converter or similar. There is another way: upload the file to YouTube and then download it in the desired format. To download from YouTube, you can use browser add-ons such as FlashGot.
Step 3
Once on the main page of the flv-mp3 service, choose the option that suits you: copying the player's code or uploading the player to your site. Most often they use the second option - it is much more convenient to have a player on your resource and occasionally upload videos.
Step 4
After choosing the option to download the player files, specify any folder on your hard drive, then these files can be copied to your server (preferably in the root folder). Open or create a directory for placing videos, for example, Video. Copy the file in flv format, as well as splash pictures in.jpg
Step 5
On the service website, go to the "flv-player for the site" section, click the "Collect" link and fill in all the required fields. After completing this page, click the "Collect and receive html-code" button. The finished html code needs to be inserted into the code of the page or any post (post).
Step 6
Before saving the changes made, use the "Preview" option to avoid the re-editing procedure. Test the resulting video page. Update your flash player if necessary.
