The well-known Internet search company "Yahoo!" recently introduced its new product Axis. The browser is designed for mobile devices running on the Apple platform, as well as for all desktops.
Necessary
Axis web browser
Instructions
Step 1
Yahoo! wants the Axis project to repeat the popularity of the Google Chrome browser, which was also created by the developers of the search engine. The main direction of the new application is the actively developing iOS mobile operating systems from Apple. For stationary computers, the program will be released as an add-on for the current system browser.
Step 2
A big advantage of the Axis browser will be the ability to perform searches without interrupting the view of an already open tab. After calling the search box and entering a specific query, a small window with a thumbnail of the page with the results found will appear in front of you.
Step 3
For desktop computers, a special add-on will allow you to manage search results, i.e. swap positions, set a certain order (the results are displayed as a horizontal line and can be changed by simply dragging them with the mouse). Despite the innovations, the old ways of control and navigation will also be available.
Step 4
Another useful feature is the ability to sync bookmarks, viewed pages, passwords, etc. Similar services are already available in other popular browsers, for example Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome.
Step 5
The mobile browser includes full support for standards such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. The developers promise to update the distribution in the near future so that the application can be installed on Android devices.
Step 6
The Axis browser for mobile devices is downloaded via the Apple iTunes service. The add-on can be downloaded from the official site "Yahoo!". Supported browsers include the following web browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.
