If you are the owner of your own website or forum, then it is definitely important for you how your articles will be indexed by search engines: Yandex, Google, Bingo and others. And if everything is clear with the text, I just rewrote it in my own words and checked it in a special service for uniqueness, then what to do with the pictures?
Unfortunately, search engines, mostly picky Yandex, do not index non-unique images at all. Therefore, simply taking a photo from Yandex.images, thematic sites or photo stocks is not the best option. How to proceed? Do not take pictures yourself?
Let's list the techniques that will help you make a picture completely unique for search engines:
Tilt, rotate, mirror
Take the photo or picture you need, place it in any program that allows you to deform and transform the image (for example, good old Photoshop). Now start experimenting: turn the picture in different directions, mirror it, change the tilt angle. All this in the end should lead you to the final desired result.
Add watermarks
Not the most effective way, but nevertheless it has the right to life. Find on the Internet special services for adding watermarks, and create your own brand. This method is especially suitable for owners of culinary websites with step-by-step recipes, or copywriters who write about culinary topics.
Add points with Paint
An interesting and original way, but not everyone knows about it. We open the Paint drawer (available on all Windows computers), and begin to apply dots of a similar color to some areas of our photo. They will not be visible to regular visitors to your site, but the search engine sees them and may consider your picture unique.
Knowing all these methods, you should not rely only on them. Still, the most reliable and one hundred percent way is to buy an image on a special photo stock.
