It is always pleasant and joyful to receive letters. The letter that was delivered to us by Russian Post is quite simple to keep, and just as easy to lose. This is not the case with emails. Surely, when you receive new correspondence, you have a desire to save this or that email. In fact, there is nothing difficult about this, just follow our step-by-step instructions below to save the desired email in Outlook.

Step 1
Go to Microsoft Outlook. Ask someone to send you a letter. Now try saving it. To do this, click on the "File" tab. Select "Save Attachments" and save the email.

You can also do this using the context menu. Hover over the letter and right-click. In the window that opens, select "Save As …" ("Save as").

You can save the letter in another way. Move the cursor to the attachments sent to you and, "taking" them, (hold the left mouse button) drag them to where you want to save: to a prepared folder or to the desktop. Then open the explorer by pressing "Win + E", you can also open it manually, but it is better to do it using the keys - this will save time. Then go to the desired folder and drag the files from the letter into it.

In addition to these saving methods, you can transfer the letters themselves within the Outlook folders, attach files to letters, appointments or tasks.
