First of all, prepare your computer for maximum connection speed for the task at hand. Disable any programs that use network connections. Their list includes both those that are currently active and those that can download updates and are in the background. These include download managers, torrent clients, web browsers, and antivirus software. Use Task Manager to track the activity status of your application. Run it and go to the "Processes" tab. Manually terminate those processes that are classified as closed programs, as well as those that have the word update in their name. Do not run third-party applications that are not related to the task before solving it.

When downloading using the download manager, configure the application configuration in such a way that the maximum number of simultaneous downloads will be equal to one, and its priority will be the maximum. The point is that having multiple downloads can increase the total time it takes to download files, which is undesirable.
Step 3
When using a torrent client, follow the same guidelines as for downloading with a download manager. In addition, set a limit for uploading - no more than one kilobit per second.

If the task is to surf the web as quickly as possible, use the turbo mode available when working with the Opera browser.
