In order to restore access to your account, we need access to the mailbox to which the registration was made and the phone number that was linked to the account.
Next, we perform the following actions:
1. Go to the social networking site.
2. Under the form for entering your phone number or e-mail and password, click on the link "Forgot your password?"
3. On the page "Restoring access" in the input field, enter the username, e-mail or phone number to which you registered your account. The most convenient option is to enter your email address. Then click on the "Next" button. After entering the code from the picture, the system will proceed to the next stage.
4. The system shows us an account linked to the entered data or, as in the case of a phone number, asks us to enter the last name specified in the user profile. To confirm that the user profile selected by the system is ours, you must click on the "Yes, this is the desired page" button. Enter the code from the picture again.
5. Next, the system sends an SMS with a confirmation code to the phone number specified during registration.
Enter the confirmation code and the goal is achieved! After the access to the account is restored, it does not hurt to change the password.
