Step 1
So, to register a new number, go to the site https://www.icq.com/ru. Pay attention to the upper right corner, because this is where the link "Registration in ICQ" is located. Click on it and you will see a form to fill out. You need to indicate the following information in it: your last name and first name, gender, date of birth, email. In addition, come up with a strong password, you will use it to enter icq. By the way, before completing registration, you must enter the code from the image in the empty field, confirming that you are not a robot.
Step 2
As already mentioned, only the password can be retrieved. For this, the developers have placed a special section on the official website. It is called "Password Recovery". It is easy to find it, it is located on the main page of the site at the very bottom. As soon as you enter the specified section, you will be asked to fill in only one field. Enter either your email address or your mobile phone number. An email will be sent there with the old password or instructions on how to create a new one.
Step 3
The official ICQ website also invites all users to visit the "Chat" section. It allows you to communicate without restrictions, without any special data, that is, without even registering in the system. When you enter this section, you will see that there are several different chat rooms. They all differ in the topics discussed. In addition, there are rooms for communication in foreign languages (it doesn't matter what you talk about there).
