Paper letters are still sent only by avid romantics and elderly people. And then, even the latter have already learned to use a computer, including how to start an e-mail. But what if the email password was hacked or lost?
It is necessary
access to the Internet
Instructions
Step 1
You can recall the password from the mail by answering a hidden question that you indicated at the time when registering the mailbox. This can be done in the following way: on the start page of “your” mail agent, find the inscription “Forgot your password?” (or something like that), which will simultaneously be a link (it is located next to the password field). You just have to go on it.
Step 2
When you open a new page of the system, you will need to confirm the email address. After confirming the correctness of its spelling, the same hidden question will appear in front of you, the correct answer to which will allow you to access your e-mail box.
Step 3
Another way that will allow you to find out the password for the "box" is to contact the technical support service, which each mail system has. To do this, you will need to fill out the appropriate application form, which you can also find on the main page of the PS. In the letter, you must indicate your personal data (last name, first name, gender, date of birth), location (region, city) and information about the mailbox (approximate date of registration and last visit, used Internet provider, ip-address, approximate password and etc.). Additional questions in the form may include the following: when did you last change your registration data, did you recover your password or something like that. Fill in the data in the fields of the questionnaire correctly - only in this case the support service will help you recover your lost password.
Step 4
You can also find out the password from your mailbox by correctly specifying another existing email address (if any) or by entering a valid mobile phone number that you mentioned during registration (if it matches, you will receive an SMS message with a recovered password).
