SMM has become an integral part of commercial activities. What is SMM?
SMM (Social Media Marketing) is a set of events that are held in social networks to attract attention to the advertised brand. In other words, it is the science of getting people to a brand site through social media.
The very concept of "SMM" has come only recently. There are still no universities or courses teaching this craft. For this reason, theories, postulates, etc. have not yet been invented. Seminars are constantly held among specialists in this field, but no one has yet dealt with the systematization and structuring of information.
The SMM niche in Russia is relatively free. There are not many people in the country who are really strong in this area. It is worth considering some of the responsibilities of an SMM specialist.
What an SMM specialist should do:
• Analyze social networks, know which of them is the largest part of the target audience
• Influence the target audience
• Follow the changing trends in the media and social networks
• Competently lead the community of the advertised brand
• Come up with new strategies for promotion within the social network
• Extinguish conflicts among community members
• Provide high conversion in relation to the advertised brand
