Yandex. Disk is a service used to store and manage various files. This resource allows you to upload documents, photos and videos up to 10 GB. To use the resource, you need to go through the registration procedure and use the appropriate functions.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the service page disk.yandex.ru. After loading the site, click on the "Login" button. You will be prompted to enter your username and password or register a new account. If you already have a Yandex mailbox, enter your account access data in the Login and Password fields.
Step 2
If there is no account for Yandex services, click the "Register" button. To register, fill in the required fields and log in according to the specified data. You can also use an account in one of the proposed social networks for registration.
Step 3
After logging into Yandex. Disk, you will have access to a 3 GB file storage. To increase this volume, you can perform one of the proposed operations: download and install a separate application for working with the service on your computer, inform a friend about the service, and upload several files through the program.
Step 4
If you do not want to install any additional software, you can also use the resource. To download the required file, click on the "My Drive" link in the left pane of the service window. You will see a list of files that are stored on your internet drive. To download the required file, click on the Download link in the central toolbar. Click on the "Select files" button or drag the necessary documents from Windows Explorer into the special area. Wait for the download to finish. The files are now saved on your Yandex. Disk.
Step 5
To download a document uploaded to the service, select it in the "My Disk" list and click the "Download" button. To delete, you can also use the "Delete" button in the top toolbar. To move files to a separate folder, use the "New folder" link and the "More" item, where you can apply copy and paste operations. The "Configure Access" button allows you to generate a link for other users to download the file. You can disable this feature by sliding the corresponding switch to the Off position.
Step 6
To manage files, you can install the proposed Yandex. Disk utility. It has a similar web-version interface, with the help of the functions of which you can also download the necessary files, delete them. Yandex. Disk management utilities are also available for mobile devices on Windows Phone, Android and iOS platforms.
