Step 1
If this newsletter comes against your will, and you did not subscribe to it, get rid of it using the following method. Consider an example of a mail server. Log in to your mailbox and select the "Settings" section.

Another way. Simply, quietly and peacefully turn off the mailing list if you yourself have subscribed to it once. Open one of these unsolicited emails and follow the link that is signed "Unsubscribe from the mailing list."

Go to the site, the mail server of which is sending the mailing. You will see a message that will notify you that the campaign is disabled.
