Instructions
Step 1
Install a browser plugin that blocks most banner ads. Visit the website https://adblockplus.org/ru. Download a utility designed to integrate into the browser you use most often.
Step 2
Install the downloaded app and restart internet explorer. Check the functionality of the installed utility. If this application does not fully cope with the task at hand, install the Ad Muncher program.
Step 3
Download it from the official website of the developers. Adjust filters after launching Ad Muncher. Let the program run in the background.
Step 4
Unfortunately, the utilities described are not intended to block advertising banners that appear immediately after entering the operating system. To remove such a module, visit the website https://www.drweb.com/xperf/unlocker and download the proposed program.
Step 5
Restart your computer and start Windows Safe Mode. Run the downloaded exe-file and click the "Scan" button. Remove virus objects that this utility finds.
Step 6
Clean the system32 folder from viruses yourself. To do this, delete all files of the * lib.dll format. Any combination of letters and numbers can be present instead of an asterisk.
Step 7
Start the normal operating system. If you were unable to disable the advertising banner using the methods described, visit the websites of anti-virus software developers: www.esetnod32.ru, www.kaspersky.ru and www.freedrweb.com.
Step 8
Go to the pages dedicated to issuing passwords to disable banners. Fill in the required fields and wait for the options for the computer unlock codes to appear.
Step 9
Substitute the passwords you received one by one. Wait until the ad module is disabled and run Dr. Web CureIt. You can also use the Kaspersky WindowsUnlocker utility.
