What is Adblock Plus
Adblock Plus is a browser extension that blocks the display and loading of various kinds of elements on site pages. The list of such elements includes unpleasant and overly annoying advertising banners, pop-up windows, and other graphic and text elements. There is a version of this extension for many browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Opera.
This project is supported by the community and is constantly being updated. People on a voluntary basis donate money to the Adblock Plus project, suggest ideas, translate the extension into different languages, update and supplement filters.
Installing Adblock Plus
Launch the Opera browser and click the settings button located in the upper left corner of the program. Select the "Extensions" item from the list that opens (you can use the Shift + Ctrl + E keyboard shortcut). A window with extensions will open in a new tab.
Find and click on the extensions page on the button “View extensions gallery”. Find “Adblock Plus” in the list, it will be located somewhere at the very beginning. Or you can use the search by entering the appropriate name there. Once you've found an extension, click on it, then click on the "Add to Opera" button. Now all advertising on the Internet will be blocked!
