ICQ chat is a convenient way to communicate. It allows absolutely all users without restrictions, even if they are not registered in the system itself. In addition, there is no need to install the program. All that will be needed is Internet access.
Instructions
Step 1
Open an Internet browser and enter the address of the ICQ official website https://www.icq.com/ru in the search bar. The section "Chat" you need is located at the bottom of the main page. Click on the title and the link will take you to the English version of the site.

Next, a list of those chat rooms will appear on the screen, in the discussions of which you can participate. By the way, they are all sorted according to separate topics (that is, people with certain common interests gather in each room). In addition to them, there is a section dedicated to communication only in foreign languages (you are not limited in your choice: you can choose at least French, at least Chinese, at least Serbian, as well as any other).
Step 3
Please note: you do not have to pay for communication in the ICQ chat, its use is completely free. Only your internet traffic will be billed.
Step 4
At any time you can register in the system itself, if you have not already done so. To be able to communicate through the ICQ client, go to the main page of the already specified site. In the upper right corner of the page you will see the "Registration in ICQ" column. Click on it.
Step 5
Enter the following information on the application: your name, surname, e-mail address, gender, date of birth. In addition, you will definitely need a password to log in to the system. Come up with it yourself (for reliability, use not only numbers, but also letters). After filling in all the required fields, click on "Registration".

If you lose your password, it is not at all necessary to create a new account, because the old password can be easily restored. In this case, you will need a section called "Password Recovery".
