UIN, or universal Internet number, is a unique set of numbers used to identify users of the ICQ instant messaging protocol. To receive wine, you need to register with the service. This can be done in several ways.

Step 1
The most reliable way to obtain UIN is to register on the official ICQ website. To do this, open the registration page at https://www.icq.com/join/ru, and indicate your full name, which will be visible to your contacts, the email address to which you will receive a link to confirm registration, your account password (twice, passwords must match), gender and date of birth (in order to determine that you are over 13 years old). After that, enter the captcha (protection code against automatic registration) and click the "Register" button. Then go to the mailbox, the address of which you indicated during registration and follow the link from the letter sent by the ICQ administration
Step 2
After account verification, download and install the official ICQ client (follow the link https://ftp.icq.com/pub/ICQ7/install_icq7.exe). Run the program and in the connection window enter the email address you provided during registration and the password. Wait for the connection to the server and the opening of the program's contact list. You can find out your UIN by opening your own "Contact Info". It can be used to log into ICQ along with an email address. Also, UIN is your unique address in ICQ, which you can leave to other people in order for them to add you to their list of contacts

You can also get UIN for free on a huge number of third-party sites that distribute previously registered ICQ numbers. You can also create an account by clicking the corresponding button in the official client, as well as from third-party programs.
