Instructions
Step 1
Go to your page on the VKontakte website. To the right of the avatar (main photo, "face" of your account) is a list of options. Find among them "My settings" and click on this option once with the left mouse button. Then at the top of the page that opens, find the "Privacy" option and click on it with the mouse.
Step 2
You will see a list of privacy categories. Answer options are located to the right of each privacy criterion. To see them - click on one of the options with the left mouse button, and a list will immediately open in front of you.
Step 3
To open your page for communication - just set the criterion "All users" for some categories. These include - “Who can invite me to communities”, “Who can write me private messages”, “Who can watch photos with me”, “Who can watch videos with me”, “Who can see the list of my audio recordings”. And also - "Who sees other people's posts and comments on my wall", "Who can leave posts on my wall", "Who can comment on my posts", "Who sees the main information of my page", "Who can see my addresses", “About what applications notifications are sent to friends” and “Who can see my page on the Internet”. In the remaining categories, set the criteria that you like.
Step 4
After you have made all the changes, do not forget to click the “Save” button at the end of all categories. You can also see how a regular user sees your account. To do this, at the very end of the list, find the lines "To make sure that you have set the appropriate privacy settings, you can see how other users see your page." Click on the blue words in this sentence with the left mouse button once, and your page will open in front of you as it is seen by all users.
