Step 1
Go to youtube.com and click on the "Add Video" link on the home page. In case you do not have an account on this service, the next open page will be a form for registering on the YouTube service. During registration, enter your e-mail, create a password for your account, as well as indicate your country of residence and your age. This data will affect the restrictions and recommendations for watching videos. After filling out the forms, enter the captcha (the code from the picture that prevents automatic registrations) and click the "I accept the terms, Create my account" button.
If you have a Google account, YouTube registration is not required.
Step 2
Log in to Youtube using your account and click the "Add video" link again. On the page for adding a video file that opens, click on the yellow "Add video" button, and in the built-in file manager window, specify the path to the required recording, and then click the "Open" button. After that, the download of the video starts, the speed of which will depend on the bandwidth of the Internet connection. As you upload your video, fill out the video information fields. Specify its name, create a description, select a category and write tags. This information will help search engines deliver your video for relevant queries. After downloading and processing the video, click on the "Save changes" button.
Step 3
In order to send a video, copy the link to it (in the address bar of the browser) and send it in the network messengers to everyone you would like to show it to. To add a video to a website or blog, click on the "Submit" button, and then on the "Embed" button, then copy the video code and paste it into the post editor. On the web page, the video will appear in the window of the branded Youtube player.
