Often, when concluding an Internet connection agreement, we choose a tariff plan based on our past experience of web surfing, from the price difference or from the advice of a company manager. However, after a while, it turns out that we spend much more time on the network than we expected, and the question arises of switching to an unlimited tariff plan.
Instructions
Step 1
You can switch to unlimited Internet by visiting the nearest office of your Internet provider. To do this, you will need your copy of the Internet Services Agreement and some form of identification. The address of the company's head office can be found in the contract, and the addresses of additional ones can be found on the provider's website or by calling the customer support, which must also be in the contract and on the website.
Step 2
You can change your tariff plan simply by calling the customer support phone number. In this case, you need to have a copy of the contract at hand, or your account number with the provider company.
Step 3
But the most convenient way to switch to unlimited Internet is to use the corresponding option in your "personal account" on the provider's website. To get into it, you need to enter a username and password, which are usually indicated in the annex to the contract with the company providing the service.
Step 4
In the office, the path to the options for changing the tariff will be different for different providers; unfortunately, there is no single standard. For example, if you are using Beeline-Internet, then you need to go to the “Internet” tab and click the link that says “Change the tariff plan”. Your current plan in the table will be highlighted in green, and to change it to any of the unlimited ones, you need to put a checkmark in front of the desired one and click the "Change tariff plan" button under the table. On the next page, you should click the exact same button again to confirm your choice and this will complete the procedure for switching to unlimited Internet.
