If you do not have a 3G USB modem yet, you will be prompted to purchase one complete with a SIM card. Buying a kit usually comes out more profitable than buying a SIM card with a package connected to it without a modem.
Step 4
Next, you just need to fill out a contract with a cellular operator (you need a passport for registration). Upon completion of the registration of all the necessary documentation, you will be given a SIM card with the Internet tariff connected to it, which you have chosen for yourself, and a USB modem (with all the necessary documentation for it).
Step 5
You no longer need to configure your USB modem. All you need to do is insert it into a USB port on your internet.
