The procedure for signing applications with a personal certificate has long become a standard operation available to an ordinary user and does not require hacking skills, thanks to numerous specialized programs available on the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Install the s60signsis program on your mobile device in any convenient way for signing applications with a personal certificate and run it. Expand the "Features" menu in the lower pane of the program window and go to the "Settings" item. Specify the full path to the saved personal certificate in the File Path field and select Add Task. Define the file to be signed in the dialog box that opens and once again open the Options menu in the lower pane of the application window. Specify the "Sign" command in the "Select an action" section and define the applications that require signing in the main menu. Select the selected application and expand the "Features" menu again. Confirm the execution of the signing command by clicking the "Execute" option and install the selected application using the standard method.
Step 2
Install MobileSigner on your mobile device to perform an alternative procedure for signing selected applications with a personal certificate and study the main menu of the program. Click on the Sis File line and specify the full path to the saved sis file. Click on the Key File line and specify the full path to the saved key file. Click on the Cert File line and specify the full path to the saved certificate file. Enter the password value (if necessary) and open the "Functions" menu in the lower pane of the program window. Specify the Sign command and return to the Functions menu. Select the "Remember path to Cert" option and identify the signed file by the.sisx extension.
Step 3
Install FreeSigner on your mobile device to perform an alternative procedure for signing selected applications with a personal certificate and launch it. Expand the Options menu in the lower panel of the program window and point to Settings. Specify the paths to the saved key and certificate file. Note that the default password is 12345678 and use the Add Task command. Specify the file to sign and once again open the Options menu. Specify the SIgn Sis command and select the required application in the main program window. Expand the Options menu one last time and confirm the command by pressing Go !.
